Although we’re nestled in the lush heart of the jungle, the nearest beach is only a three minute walk away.
Other beautiful beaches are also easy to reach from our location in Tulum’s Hotel Zone. Our team is happy to help you choose the best beaches for your visit.
Shibari Tulum is fortunate to have its own large open-air cenote, Tuuch, on our grounds, open exclusively to our guests and visitors (by reservation).

Yes, Shibari has an open-air pool and an air-conditioned jacuzzi lounge.
Shibari Tulum is an adults-only hotel. We welcome visitors age 18 and up.
Our hotel allows visitors to our Tuuch Cenote Club, our restaurant Atta, spa treatments at Spa Kan, and workshops or other activities at Soga Do.

We have a private parking area. Parking is free for all guests and visitors, subject to availability.
Check-in begins at 3 pm, and runs until 11:30 pm. Early check-in is sometimes possible, subject to availability. Our reception is open 24 hours.
Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is possible, for an extra fee, subject to availability.

Shibari is a “cashless hotel” and does not accept cash payments. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
To preserve the environment in our jungle habitat, Shibari Tulum does not allow pets in rooms, nor in shared areas.
Unfortunately, due to the natural terrain surrounding Shibari Tulum, at this time we aren’t able to offer handicapped-accessible rooms or paths.
